Cookie and Local Storage Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Xgenta currently uses essential browser storage, not advertising cookies or third-party website analytics cookies. Essential storage is required for authentication, security, and user-requested functionality.
Storage currently used
| Item | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication session and refresh token | Keep you signed in and renew an authenticated session. Stored in session storage unless “remember me” causes persistent local storage. | Session or until logout/token expiry |
| Browser authentication state | Coordinate authentication safely within the current browser session. | Browser session |
| Active workspace | Remember which authorised workspace is selected when you return. | Until changed, logout cleanup, or browser data is cleared |
| Agent wizard preference | Remember that you dismissed the optional quick-start wizard. | Until browser data is cleared |
| Canvas workflow draft | Preserve a workflow draft you create locally. | Until replaced or browser data is cleared |
Optional technologies
We do not currently set optional analytics, advertising, or personalisation cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before activating them. Rejecting optional storage will be as easy as accepting it.
Your controls
You can clear site data in browser settings. Doing so may sign you out, reset preferences, or remove locally saved drafts. Blocking essential storage may prevent the service from working.
