User Data Deletion

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Xgenta users can request deletion of their account data, agent data, generated content, and connected-platform authorization data.

Delete Connected Social Platform Data

  1. Sign in to Xgenta.
  2. Open the Integrations page.
  3. Select the connected platform, such as Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X.
  4. Click revoke or remove to disconnect the platform from Xgenta.

Revoking a connector removes Xgenta's stored access to that platform. You can also remove Xgenta access directly from the external platform's app permissions settings.

Request Full Account Data Deletion

To request full deletion, email privacy@xgenta.io from the email address associated with your Xgenta account.

Include the following information:

  • Your Xgenta account email address.
  • The social platforms you connected, if any.
  • A short statement that you want your Xgenta user data deleted.

What We Delete

  • Account profile data associated with the request.
  • Stored connector credentials and granted-scope records.
  • Agent configurations, drafts, generated content, and saved workflow data where applicable.
  • Operational records that are not required for security, legal, or compliance purposes.

Timing

We normally respond within one month after verifying ownership. Complex or numerous requests may take up to two additional months where the law permits; we will notify you within the first month.
