How much does an engagement cost?

It scales with scope: an AI opportunity workshop runs €750–€1,500, and a readiness assessment €2,500–€9,000 depending on the number of teams and systems. A focused agent pilot is typically €6,000–€12,000. All prices exclude VAT and third-party AI usage.

Do I have to commit to a pilot after the assessment?

No. The assessment is a standalone deliverable — a prioritized use-case portfolio and a recommended first pilot. You can proceed to a pilot, pause, or take the findings elsewhere.

How long does a pilot take?

A focused pilot is usually 4–8 weeks: one use case, named integrations, a defined user group, and success criteria agreed up front, followed by a scale recommendation.

How do you handle data privacy and GDPR?

Agents work through controlled connectors with defined scopes, we sign an appropriate data-processing agreement, and human approval stays in place for externally visible actions. We provide operational guidance and technical controls, not legal advice — obtain qualified legal counsel where needed.

Can we just start self-service instead?

Yes. If you already know the use case, you can start on a plan and add consultancy later. The assessment is most useful when priorities, data access, or feasibility are still uncertain.
